We have flexible packages for a range of meeting and training facilities. Our vibrant and accessible venues are available to hire in all our locations:

Bookings are available at hourly, half day and full day rates which include:
- * FREE high-speed broadband internet or wi-fi access
- * FREE flip chart and pads
- * FREE white boards and pens
- * FREE on-site car parking (Harwell, Woolwich, Fareham)
- * FREE set up. Arrangement of your room into either boardroom, theatre, classroom or horseshoe layout
- * Telephone conferencing (excluding call charges at standard BT business rates)
Our half day rate applies for 4 hours taken between either 0830 and 1330hrs or between 1300 and 1730hrs. Our full day rate applies to 8 hours taken between 0830 and 1730hrs. Additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
We are happy to accommodate out of hours bookings where possible, subject to a surcharge.
